Do Your Part and Remember the Past to Preserve It in Las Vegas

There are many stories in the past that have been lost or forgotten over the years, but that doesn’t mean that they never happened. This is a tragic reality, and as past events and history disappear, a piece of the past is forever lost.

These stories, such as a Holocaust survivor story, are not just interesting to learn about, but they can also tell you a lot about the people who have lived before you. They can also project what could happen in the future if a similar timeline were to be followed.

Many of the people that have lived on the earth before you have passed away, and without people to tell their stories after them, no one will ever know their struggles or triumphs. If these stories from the past are not preserved, even more people could lose their lives because of hatred and intolerance of differences.

History is a huge part of who you are, and you can even learn about your ancestors when you learn more about it. A Holocaust survivor story, although tragic, can also be inspiring and can be used as a teachable lesson. Although some people want to erase the past, history can be kept alive if you remember and others remember.

Learning about the past is a way to honor those who have lost their lives. If you want to learn more about The ZACHOR Holocaust Remembrance Foundation and its founder, Ben Lesser, be sure to check out their comprehensive website at www.zachorfoundation.org.
